You can Fill form No. 6 which is used for the issuance of Voter ID for the first time user. 2. Complete Offline Method


In this method one can visit the concerned office of the election commission and ask for the printed form number 6. One can make an application with all the supporting documentation and hand over the application at the concerned election commission office. After necessary scrutiny, the officer goes for the personal verification of the documents and then in a few days the Voter ID is issued.

3. Semi-Offline method


The applicant can download the form from the website and fill all the necessary details. You can send the filled application with all the necessary documents by post to the chief election commissioner of the state. One can also submit the documents at the election commission office in-person.
